Volunteer Firefighter-EMT Applications Being Accepted
Clallam County Fire District No.2 is seeking to fill vacancies in our volunteer Firefighter-EMT ranks. The fire district regularly accepts applications which are available at all fire stations or online. Chief's Monthly Report - November 2011
The District responded to a total of 93 incidents last month including one automatic aid response given and one mutual aid received. In addition, the District received one auto-aid call.
In 2011, the District responded to a total of 1022 emergency calls of which 775 were EMS calls and 204 Fire Calls for Service (CFS). The remaining 43 CFS were of other nature.

See the Results of our Citizen Survey
District 2 went to the ratepayers and asked the question "What are the residents" emergency service priorities and are they willing to pay for that level of service. Of the 9,000 residents, approximately 3,500 are registered voters. Of that number 108 completed the survey.
